So what makes this different to other online food plans? Well for starters, there is no food plan. You get a sit down face-to-face consultation and we talk. Through this conversation we work through your barriers to good nutrition (or even better nutrition if need be), your likes, dislikes, and lifestyle. These all impact the ability to adhere to better nutrition.
You will receive key work-ons and strategies, and then weekly follow-up to adapt and change your strategies as you change. This is key to avoiding plateaus and bad habits creeping back in. All follow up is highly personalised and based on the goals and targets set out at the original consultation. Some call it accountability, others support. I just call it good practice and helpful.
NUTRITION - Lillian Morton
Nutrition is not a one size fits all and Lillian believes in working with you, and your lifestyle, to deliver highly individualised information catering to your goals and needs. Lillian is experienced, with over 12 years of experience in the sports science field, her background includes a variety of sports, ages, and performance levels, providing her with the tools to confidently educate and help anyone reach their nutritional goals. She holds an International Olympic Committee (IOC) Diploma in Sports Nutrition as well as a Masters in Sport and Exercise Science. Her experience is supported by her scientific knowledge and education.
Her aim when working with clients is to provide them with the necessary skills and knowledge to allow them to independently and confidently manage their day-to-day nutrition long-term.

It is persistent change in small habits that lead to sustainable, long-term results. A 12-week nutrition support package helps you make small changes often to achieve bigger results over time.
The cost of the nutrition package is $15/week (12 week subscription).
