Trainer Online gives you choice. You can choose to do the training option only, the nutrition option only, or both together. The choice is entirely yours. You may find that another option is needed. If this is the case then have a look at each of our respective websites to see what else we can do for you.
MEETING WITH YOU
Trainer Online isn't just online. Every client we programme for, we meet face-to-face first. This is crucial and helps us get the best, and most important, information that we can to build a highly personalised plan that suits you, your ability, and your access to equipment.
If you choose to do both the training and nutrition package, then you meet with us each independently. Two 1-hour consults with professionals - priceless. Another critical factor worth knowing is that we limit the number of people we support at one time. Why? So we can best support the individual aspect of each plan.
PLANNING FOR YOU
The nuts and bolts of Trainer Online. You will receive a training plan that is catered and planned specifically for you based on the information received during your face-to-face meeting. This is updated fortnightly to keep the adaptation and momentum building. No following the same plan for 6-weeks here.
If you choose to combine the training and nutrition, then we work together, and the nutritionist puts eyes over the changes in your training plan to give you the best advice on what to change from a nutrition perspective to get the most out of your training.
SUPPORTING YOU
Our goal and desire is for all clients to achieve long-term behaviour change. Ideally we want the motivation and commitment to your changes to persist, forever. As part of your training package you receive weekly check-ins, updates and information to help you stay focused and motivated to keep going.
This is also why we recommend 12 weeks. Research shows that consistency builds long-term habits and we want to support you through this.
